Less than 48 hours - 25% of scheduled service
Less than 24 hours - 50% of scheduled service
Day of Appointment - 75% of scheduled service
No Show - 100% of scheduled service

Policy

Please be timely for your scheduled appointment. When one client shows up late, the rest of my scheduled appointments will run late as well. Arriving 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time will result in a shorter appointment time. If tardiness results in lessening the type of appointment, the client is responsible for paying for full services scheduled. Any more than 20 minutes late is considered a “no show” and the client is required to pay 100% of scheduled service.
